Founded in 2015 by an NYC parent in Battery Park City, NYC STEM Club aims to provide quality STEM education to K-12 students. Recognizing the inadequacy of the existing Department of Education (DoE) curriculum in preparing students for the rigor of top high school and colleges and the global job market, we expanded our programs to include comprehensive academic coursework.
At NYC STEM Club, we believe that a strong foundation in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) is crucial for students to excel in Science and Technology. Research studies indicate a strong correlation between language arts skills, comprehension, and mathematical abilities. By focusing on comprehension and understanding rather than just rote memorization, we empower students to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Our programs cover a wide range of subjects, including Math, Reading, Writing, and Computer Science, tailored to elementary, middle, and high school students. We offer rigorous academic coursework that integrates interdisciplinary materials, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in higher education and beyond.
In addition to academic programs, we provide comprehensive test prep services for State tests, SHSAT, ISEE/SSAT, SAT, and ACT. Our expert guidance helps students achieve their best results, enabling them to gain admission to top schools and colleges, ensuring continued access to high-quality education.
