Math component will have differentiated instruction for students at or above grade level and will expose them to Math Kangaroo and Math Olympiad style questions.  For students at or below grade level, focus will be on building a strong foundation and providing ample support to succeed in school. ELA component will draw from Science, Technology and Social Studies and build a strong foundation in reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary and grammar - skills not covered in school but crucial in competitive tests such as SHSAT/Hunter/ISEE/SSAT and SAT. Program will be aligned to the common-core standards and adequate time will be spent on preparing children for the State test.
